Our tumblers are crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and maintaining your beverages’ optimal temperature.

We do not recommend to put inside a dishwasher.
Hand-washing with warm, soapy water is ideal for preserving the finish and insulation.
Shipping & Orders
We process orders throughout the week and ship on Saturdays. Orders placed before 6pm on Friday will be included in the Saturday shipment.
Domestic shipping takes 2- 4 working days and it may take longer depending on location as courier is beyond our control.
Once your order shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Product Use
Absolutely! Our tumblers are designed to keep cold drinks chilled for hours. Hot drinks do well too but we recommend cold drinks.
Our tumblers can keep drinks cold for up to 10 hours, thanks to double-wall insulation.

Yes, we are proud to be a local brand inspired by the calm and gentle nature of the Sunda Slow Loris which can be seen in Borneo and the word “ais” (ice in Malay).
The name blends “slow,” representing mindfulness, with “ais,” emphasizing coolness and relaxation.
